I have put up a wallpaper of my two favorite Royals; Wills and George. 😊💛 Kate is there too.. she is fantastic. Totally unlike her rogue sister-in-law. I think I will pledge allegiance to the King when the time comes. I know for sure, that I will definitely pledge when Wills becomes King! That is for sure as he is my favorite. 💕

I am getting excited for the Coronation... this will be v. interesting!

If you are wondering what I'm doing up so early, tis bc I couldn't sleep. I slept pretty much all day yesterday bc of the rainy weather... that does that to me all the bloody time.

I am getting sleepy so I will just lay down and close my eyes. Thank God!

gremy I took your advice and bought Violet, holy crap.. is it ever confusing…. And that girl that is like your rival? Oy, she moves fast! Anyways, it is a great game… well worth it. I love it even though it is a wee bit overwhelming… I’m going to play AC:NH now…

Otherwise, I’m doing well. I bought, AC:NH, Violet, LGE, and Sword… which as you know is my all time favourite Switch game. So, I’m happy.

Anyways, gotta put the iPad away needs charging.

My case of bronchitis is winding down, thank the Lord, we are going to have some homemade soup, and Jamaican beef patties for lunch. Today or tomorrow I will check my bank balance so I can get what I need to get.

I think we are ordering from WingsUp, a wings and things place, this month, I want their Smiley sandwich which is a chicken burger on cheese bread, and poutine. I cannot say no to poutine. :)

After that, I need a few things off Amazon like a Blue Jays travel mug for Bees, so that she cannot break it as she broke her other ceramic mug, and a purse for me, bc I need to start carrying one.. among other beauty care stuff.

I am still getting games for the Switch and the sub to Nintendo Online.. someone said to me that Scarlet and Violet seem "unfinished"... but I will take the chance.

I still feel very sleepy... even though I slept for about an hour and a half... so....

Anyways, it is beginning to feel like spring. :) Finally. :D

Well.. I think that I will nap some more... mmkay?

I have a question for y'all... esp, those in the UK... are you going to watch King Charles' coronation? I am. I wouldn't miss it for the world. I am going to get the CBC app on my iPad so... that is the way I will be watching and fyi that is also the way I watched His Royal Majesty's mother's funeral!

My sister is very sick right now. I am trying to remain positive but I do believe it may be pneumonia or worse yet... COVID.

Or as the Irish say "Top o' the morning to you" as it is almost noontime. Eh.. so I have been gaming on my 3DS but I soon will put that away in favor of my Switch. :) I have decided. I am getting Let's Go Eevee, Sword, Violet, Diamond (I wish they'd do a Platinum remake!) and Monopoly bc my sister Julz enjoys that... um.. maybe Scarlet and Sword? IDK about those last two.

And I am getting a sub to Nintendo Online, so, I will be able to trade... and if you are curious, I'm starting with Sprigatito. Bc usually I will start with the grass typing, I have almost always done this with exception of HG/SS and Shield where I started with Cyndaquil and Scorbunny respectively. And the fact that I love cats. ^^ And Sprigatito's line is def feline in nature.

I think I will relax for the day... tomorrow we have two therapy doggos coming for a visit. I can't wait!! I love pretty much all animals except insects.

I am slowly getting over this bronchitis.. so that is ok...

I may go for a walk with my girls today.

Well, here I be.. with another of my rambling posts heh. I have been thinking of using either TikTok or Instagram for vlogs. I think I'd reach more ppl on TT, but I'm a little more comfortable with Insta... tbh.

Eh, I will do a trial run on both platforms and see what happens. Also, another thing, Insta allows for a longer period whereas TT just gives you a set time allowance. So... maybe Instagram? I will give you the vlog URLs when I make them. Which will be very soon. I tried podcasting but I like the idea of seeing myself on cam and making sure that things are going alright whereas in podcasting, all you get is the voice and noise around you.

IDK.

podcasting vs vlogs on insta/tiktok

Long time no write. Literally. I haven't been up to much, just gaming, catching a case of bronchitis which is *finally* going away.... yeah, same old same old tbh. I got myself a Switch cos my gaming bud was disappointed to see I didn't have one yet, and Anthony really wants to play... and the little guy is only 8.... he is Maman's grandson. So, I got one ito play with him. Mind you, mine is a Switch Lite bc I don't have a tv set, nor do I care that the grips float... I like my gear to stay put and solid. :) I still have my 3DS XL, but this month, I am getting a sub to Nintendo Online so I can trade 'mons and visit other people's islands. Right now on my 3DS, I have Animal Crossing: Welcome Luxury, which a very very cheaty version (fan made me thinks?) of Newy Leaf... I have a shit ton of bells and I am decorating the outside of my house.... some of the townfolk are down right bizarre... one calling me a ladybro.... lol and some others just seem to be just plain loonys.

I get that AC is a weird game period. Meh. What I really miss for the Switch is Shield. I love that game. It is def one of my favorites. Hey guys, those people in DW land with a Switch, do you recommend Scarlet or Violet? I was thinking Violet bc of that basilisk creature?? Again, idk..

I realise that I have neglected DW for the longest time. And I am sorry. Just busy with a lot of things... and nope. I didn't register a new username! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I just bought a rename token. I have a bank account now.

I need to buy a bed-in-a-bag from Wayfair or Amazon, probably Wayfair bc their quality is much better... a bit on the pricy side, but good nonetheless. I need to look for one with a dark pattern, bc if we ever get bedbugs again, then, I guess their crap won't show as much as it does on the Canadiens set which is a shame bc I really loved that bedset. :( Actually, sorta like this. That is purrfect.

My sleep aid is kicking in, so... I guess I'd better heed the call of the subconscious eh?

I gave G 3 shades of holy hell... not one time, but 3 or 4 times. She pisses me right the fuck off with her mightier than thou attitude. I will NOT hesitate to verbally kick her ass. I never have been afraid of her nor will I ever.

In other news, I got my Tangerine card but I have to activate my Simplii card by going to the post office and scanning a bar code on my phone. I am going to tell Dave to load up my Tangerine card, and use that as my bank card. I didn't really apply for the Simplii card. Fucking annoying... but eh...

Anyways, how's my people?? I am currently incensed but that shall pass... bc I am better than her. LOL We are having a snowstorm, and I told G to play in the snow.

She and I do NOT see eye to eye. She makes me extremely angry.

I'm going to play the Sims now... I need to de-stress.

Tangerine is the official bank of the Toronto Raptors. I didn't know this. Janie told me this... you learn something new every day. Either tomorrow or Friday I get my debit card.... and the first thing I have to do is pay for my internet and then, the sky is the limit... y'see?

I have to buy some new bedding, bc a) they don't fit the bed, and b) they have bedbug shit on them. So I ordered a floral set off of Amazon, along with 5 bottles of Aveeno body wash and a new(ish) Switch Lite... to play with my buddy Anthony...

Anyways, we are having ramen noodles with shrimp, chicken, and veggies, the REAL ramen, not Mr. Noodles...

Um, that's about it... I'm a little p'o'ed at G though.

She is a literal ray of sunshine in my life. She cheers me up when I feel down, and, that is good. Julz is pretty much the same way. She brings happiness in my life too. I guess all my family does... Maman, Mama Lisa, Julz, Bees, Ry and Dave...

Today was a true Monday. Saturday night, I killed two bedbugs but the sonsofabitches were EVERYWHERE. Soo, we bagged everything up, I took my devices and Bees, and Julz and went to the Fresh Tea Shop for 3 1/2 hours so the guys could sweep up and drag those evil things to hell.

How I got them is this, a) homeless people hang around the library where I hang out (usually) and b) my diabetic sweet urine. (I have incontinence issues)

So FML.

Well.. I need either a) a stiff drink, or b) the kind of sleep where you don't remember anything at all the next morning. Or both. Or oblivion.

I finally got a bank account... after what?? 13 years or so?? I'm banking with Tangerine. I get my card in a few working days... It's been almost 2 now so 8?? Should be interesting.... I have amassed quite a lot of cash with Dave plus, the $500 I get each month. Very exciting!!

Anyways, I'm just blogging as Julie snores away in her bed. 😴😪 I am not tired in the least. I am wide awake, I am probably going to play with my 3DS XL tonight bc I want to charge the iPad. I was using it for the majority of the day, and some of the apps, on my Pixel, I wanna see if I could get them on the iPad. So next week, around Thursday or Friday, I should get my debit card in the mail.... speaking of Fridays, Maman has to work again, this weekend. It's been like a flipping month now!! NO LISA TO BE FOUND. None in the least. This totally not fair for my poor maman.. it just ain't!!

I desperately want to try this dish. It looks absolutely yummy!!! Once upon a time, when Café Hesed was still on Main Street, they sold it, but I was too slow, the owners retired this year. I am disappoint.

I had sub meat sandwiches and chicken noodle soup for lunch... I think it's either quiche, or chicken tonight.

I still haven't forgiven Cathy for abandoning me with the dishes. I will over time but maybe next time she will think twice before crossing me... as I don't put up with shit.
